FAQs
How quickly can I sell?
Most sales finish in minutes after inspection. Same-day payout is standard.
Do I need the charger or box?
No. Accessories are optional, but including them can sometimes improve the offer.
What condition do you accept?
We buy many conditions — including cracked screens and battery wear. Working activation status matters most.
Do you buy iCloud-locked phones?
No. Devices locked to an Apple ID, Find My, Google account, or similar activation lock cannot be purchased until the lock is removed.
Do you buy stolen phones?
No. We do not buy stolen, lost, or blacklisted devices. Identity checks protect you and our stores.
What about carrier-locked phones?
Carrier lock can lower value, but many still qualify if the device is otherwise clean and not activation-locked.
Can I sell more than one device?
Yes. Bring everything eligible and we’ll quote each item during your visit.
